Just need to know when to eat complex carbs during the day. been eating them for breakfast lunch and pre work out should i add them in later in the day to?

eating right here is difficult so any other inside info i could get would be helpful as well

if ur extremely active doing wutever ur doing over there then u could incorporate some good carbs later in the day but for a regular diet alot of ppl dont recommend it but if ur constantly moving and doing something from morning to night then yeah have carbs throughout the day.

It was tough but I was able to keep my physique while I was deployed to Iraq. It's tough but as long as you are motivated to do so you definately can get it done. Eating carbs how you are doing now is great and if you enjoy eating them you should add them to your dinner as well. It all depends on what your goals are. I'm a huge carb eater only reducing them when I'm looking to lean out a bit more.
