Building up my shoulders

My front delts grow easily, but I have difficulty bringing up my rear delts. Is this a problem for a lot of people? But what would a routine look like to bring out a persons rear delts.

I have the same problem which causes me much frustration, my front delts are so easy to build up it causes my shoulders to come forward, i need to push them back any advice? / Also will cutting back on front deltoid exercises for 2 or 3 weeks help?

Many of your rows also have a rear delt componant to them. Several good back day pulls might really help you out.
