Back to Square One.
This week:
I am getting back on track. It hasn't been easy. So much has been happening in my life and allowed my problems to overwhelm me including my workouts. I plan on moving forward after being stagnant for several months.
This past week has been rough; I had to deal with personal problems at home that will work itself out and will have a good Thanksgiving. So much to be thankful for than worry too much about the negativity.
I am going to stop now and eat brunch. I will tell you more in this journal entry later.

A Message from Samsom36.
I haven't been on Bodybuilding.com for awhile. It was difficult to not be here. I had to take care of things in my life that required my attention. It is good to be in the gym, just as long as the gym doesn't control your life. There are some people who are there for the wrong reasons. Its good to have balance and priorities.
I am learning that and its a great thing. I will begin posting my entries from my written workout journals on here soon. I hope that it becomes useful to those who want to modify their workouts. I will sign out for now. Happy workout.
