This is true when taking most aas as your natural test productions shutsdown but not sure with dbol.

Its now been 9 days and this morning i woke up thinking they were shrunk a bit and darker in colour. Not sure if im being paranoid because im always checking, but i should know for sure over the next few days. Ill do a full update on whats been happening on sunday.

Its not overplayed for the most part in my opinion. Being somewhat well developed shows you know how to train and eat at least. If you don't have those two things down why bother with gear? If your small without it your going to be small with it...

Our job isn't to hold his hand brotha, its to make sure he knows what hes doing, were looking out for him. Hopefully some common sense jumped into him and he quit his cycle.

All I'm saying is it's often times wasted typing.
Not giving this guy heck, but he says he understands his research and all. His pics not very impressive for someone to need to cycle. I bet his strength is subpar. Doing a terrible cycle, says he understands, but doing it anyway?

Bladen I see your going for the big time, but at 19 most would say you shouldn't be on or not year round. I'm not saying it, "most" or "some". I don't care it's your choice. My point is you can tell people every thing you know about gear and training and most won't follow any advice until they have tried on there own and failed enough times.

WEEK 1: 2.2kg (4.8lbs)
WEEK 2: 2.0kg (4.4lbs)

M lowered cals, protein and carbs. also cut all fat from diet
T noticed some good strength gains for the first time
W noticed testies starting to shrink, great leg workout, squats up 5kg
T massive shoulder pump doing chest (added 5kg). good strength
F testies a little smaller.

Ok im done bashing you, your obviously not going to change your mind. Lets try helping to minimize damage.


First off why the heck did you eliminate all fat from your diet? FAT is MANDATORY for growth. Fat doesn't make you fat, sugar and excess of calories do.

Dbol only

3 of my buddies in highschool did a 6 week dbol only cycle, they all put on about 15lbs and they got WAY stronger, but for 6 months after they could only get half chubbs and all their gains eventually disappeared.

Haha yeah that would be because of no PCT, his natural test levels would have been shot.

Judging by your picture you are well extremely lean. I wouldn't worry about fat consumption or even limit your caloric intake.

Ok ill stay above 4000+ then for cals, only reason i changed was i seemed to be getting fat on the sides of my body (love handles) and seemed to be a bit bloated.

I don't really sympathize with the reason you're doing this, or the means, but good luck still.

I'd be pretty alarmed if my balls started shrinking to the size of a peanut though. You seem to be making some good gains, that is, if they persist after you finish the cycle. Otherwise you're just stressing your body for nothing after all.

dbol only is fukin retarded, why do a cycle if you arent going to keep ANY of the gains and run the risk of gyno?

and for those of you comparing dbol only cycles to ph cycles... ph's would be MUCH better to take alone than dbol for the simple fact that most (if not all) ph's dont aromatize, which means no bloat and no risk of gyno

With 4 months only training you still have much more potential naturally. I would not use the gear so fast if I were you, but thats me.

Ya, bit hard to keep gains with the aromatizable, because, usually the only thing you gain is water and fat, but if u do make some good gains all the power to ya.
Dianabol is exellent for lowering cortisol though, in the 10-15mg, so it is useful, but for quality gains can be a hassle in general.

Depends on your goals I guess.

I know he has stated this, I don't want to see more fools willing to jepordize their health because they think a D-bol only cycles going to give them gains. I would rather see people use these compounds RESPONSIBLY and PROPERLY instead of contributing to a host of problems in the public.

As far as his penis goes, im not going to adress that issue.

Would like to know does one start a PCT cycle day after your last cycle(wotever cycle ur on) or do u start it before ur cycle ends?

And to the Dbol dude, u using Milk Thistle or similar to safeguard ur liver throughout ur cycle?

Test E 500mg 1-10
EQ 400mg 1-10
PCT: Nolva 40/40/20/20

This will be a good indication for all the other first cyclers to see how much i do gain and how much i will keep.

*Will be updated weekly with Current Weight and Pictures
A ****ty cycle IMO, but good luck.
