the two-day-after-workout pain
I took about a week off from lifting to take care of college apps and such and when I came back with three intense workouts (chest, legs back) it destroyed all of them. My chest has recovered from Monday, but my legs (tues) and back (wed) both still hurt bad. All workouts were relatively high volume. I usually take the pain as a sign of a good workout but it hurts to even touch my lats. Do you guys think its a good sign or a sign of over doing it?
