Try mo AminoBOLIC by Ultimate Nutrition. It contains the 8 EAA's and may bonus pang Glutamine and Taurine. It's for pre-workout purposes. Right now, what I'm using is Scivation Xtend BCAA but only for post-workout. Recovery-wise, I can say na malaki naitutulong sa akin ng Xtend, not to mention na masarap pa.

I've tried orange, grape, and lemonade but all taste good. My pick though as of the moment is definitely the lemonade.

Comeback
Hi folks! I hope everyone is fine. It has been a while since I visited this thread. I stopped working out since May & just renewed my gym membership 2 days ago. I didn't exercise or even jog during my break. I didn't gain much weight except that I am slowly sinking back to my bad eating habits that is kinda alarming.
I just gave my body a jump-start with the exercises that I remember & it is aching right now. I feel like a noob again in the gym not knowing where to start. I will really appreciate if you could provide some pointers or a program that I could do after taking that long break. My goals are to lose weight & hopefully the bulging tummy. I'll try to be more consistent this time.
Thanks in advance.

You could give ripptoes or madcows 5x5 a try since you probably lost a lot of strength. Do the strength program while on a calorie deficit but keep carbs a little higher(just enough for workout intensity) on training days
hope that helped

We all have our ups and down... the important thing you're back on track and visit this thread when you feel like slacking off.

@@silent_one, rott69, fat2fit2bulk: thanks for the suggestions, been eatin a combination of sadwiches and granola bars for my small meals
anyways, i think i might have another problem. i'm tryin to loose some body fat, so i started watchin my diet, eating 5-6 times a day with a low fat low carb high protein diet, not really countin calories exactly but i'm guessing that i'm below my maintenance. and i think it works too, i started at about 195-200 a month ago and i'm now down to around 185
but my problems is, i think i'm loosing some muscle. it might be just the calorie deficit giving me less energy, but my 5 maxes have already went down about 15lbs to 25lbs. any good suggestions on keeping lean muscles?
also, i haven't really had any experience cutting before so i'm not really sure what type of training i should do. the trainer at my gym told me to do low wieght high reps and some burnout at the end. he told me to do sumthin like a 15-12-10 set low weight, about 4 or 5 exercises per major muscle (chest back legs), then trisets for the smaller muscles (bis tris delts) with a burnout at the end. he said this helps with burning fat, that way i'm only gonna have to do a little bit of cardio per day. i've been doing that for a month but like i said, i felt like i lost some strength doing this.
i'm thinking about doing a 3sets x 5reps or 3x8 high weight, 3 exercises per body part for the next month. not sure if this is good for cutting but this type of workout is what i usually see results with
any other suggestions for good cuttin workouts?
thanks

Don't deviate from heavy lifting. As much as possible, you'd want to train as if you were bulking (heavy, with good form, and meeting the appropriate rep range/s) to maintain muscle size. While it is normal to lose strength while on a cut, it should occur in the latter parts, and not too early. I, for one, would only lessen the weight (but not too much) when my target reps are not achieved.
15-20 lbs in one month is too fast IMO. You may want to increase either your carbohydrate or fat intake to make up for the decrease in total macros.

hey bro!
you may want to check out http://nutrivolv.weebly.com/products.html. they have egg white products there.
i haven't tried their egg white products, but i bought some supplement products from a related website operated by the same webstore owners, to be specific at http://baratohon.weebly.com/, and i got my orders the following day.
maybe others who have tried their service can share their experience here as well.
