Official Bulkers Thread
So someone started a thread about cutting so I figured it would be smart to start a Bulking thread. We could post informative articles and different recipes. You can come in here and post pics for critique and to show your progress. Ask advice from other people or anything. This is just going to become a general bulking for teens thread.

Good idea for the thread, but i agree with this guy. You look like you're about 20+ percent body fat. Your big already, why not try cutting down a bit. I'm not trying to attack anybody, just saying.
Oh, and I'm up from 120 to 150 while still pretty lean. Going to bulk to 170 by the end of this school year. Eating around 3900 calories right now.

can't cut until after football season. People don't give scholarships to 220lbs lineman. I'm just lifting and eating. I never said i was bulking but i know i have to cut.

I'm on a heavy bulk till march, then gonna cut down for summer. Used to be scared of getting a little fat, so I barely made any gains. Stopped caring about fat, Make better gains, gained a little fat, still look better than I did before.

In.
Just started bulking like mid-august. Went from a very lanky 6'0 120-125 to 155. Not on a specific diet, basically eating everything in site. Trying to eat all throughout the day, like I usually have 8 or 9 regular meals, but in between them I'm always eating, chips, omelettes, grilled cheeses, fruits/nuts, slices of cheese, etc. I used to always bitch about not being able to gain weight, but I guess it's good now that I actually eat a lot. I put on like barely ANY fat. I think I need to start counting how many calories I pack in, in a regular day though..
