How about brushing some olive oil on the pan before putting the eggs in? (afterall olive oil is good for you)

Or you might consider poached eggs if you are not too bothered about the flavour. Put a thin layer of water in a frying pan, and crack some eggs in a couple of egg rings, gently simmer them for a while. When the eggs start to solidify you can pour the water away (or depends on how well you want them done)

Hey we have the same birthday and I like gold flip flops too!

Pam would spare you calories rather than using olive oil. Like i said, it spreads the fat on the pan VERY efficiently without leaving extra oil. Just spray for a second and you have a very good non stick, low calorie surface to cook on. It rocks.

Damn, that sucks, I am an ICBINB DUMPER!!!! YIKES!!! It's amazing that I managed to get as lean for my show as I am dumping that stuff on my broccoli with loads of splenda!!! Lol, wow, I wonder how much of my cardio was spent burning off those extra calories...boy oh boy, guess I know what I'm NOT going to do next show!!!

Also, if you poach eggs in chicken broth or beef broth, it adds a nice flavor.

They also make olive oil in the spray-type can if you're needing that convenience.

I use 4-5 sprays on certain veggies (green beans and broccoli mainly). I think eating healthy is important. I think eating things in moderation and not being a health/fitness Nazi is more important. Just my opinion though.
