I've found that changing my exercise routine often helps me build muscle faster. So, for instance, maybe 2 weeks of just catching, followed by 2 weeks of just pitching, followed by 2 weeks of catching 20% of the time and pitching 80% of the time, followed by 2 wweks of cathing 70% of the time and pitching 30% of the time, and so on ..... lol
