Fitness Conference
Just got a little card in the mail from Exercise Etc. Inc. and I am considering attending their local fitness conference in a month.
Would like to know if anyone has been to one of these and what they thought or if anyone has heard anything about it either way.

I went way back in 1999-2000. If I remember the courses were on knee, shoulder and hip function, A&p and rehabilitative exercises for them. I thought it was pretty educational but not very exciting, but it got me my CEU's and I learned something new so to me it was worth it.

this one is broken up into 8 classes, one of them sounds like what you took. the others are quite varied though, from nutrition to HIIT.
curious, what have you taken since then for CEU's and how would you rate it?
