16g CaCO3
CaCO3 has a molar mass of 100g/gmol
n = m/M = 16/100 = 0.16gmol
C = n/V = 0.16gmol/0.25L
C = 0.64 gmol/L = 0.64M

Gah, eyes deceive me.
I did the bulk of the work anyway. M(CaCl2) = 111g/gmol.
