Shark, if you don't have an access to the gym right now, just use the bowflex. Contrary to what a lot of people think, it is a pretty good workout.

sup f00z and hello ladies.

had a good chest workout yesterday,
chest - flat bench - hit 285 for 5 reps on my last set, 265 for 5 reps on last set for incline bench, 6 plates plus 2 25lbs on hammer strenght machine about for 6 reps for last set, 42lbs for cable crossovers, then dips to failure...oh yeah...im plannin on packin some size brohams..
