What a great show! Ive done the show for 3 years now and I would do it for 3 more if I had to. It never ceases to amaze me how friendly the competitors, judges and staff are and the comradery displayed by all the athletes. Not to mention the great competition year in and year out!

MICK!!! Congrats on getting your WNBF Card AND taking the overall! You looked incredible and I knew that it was going to be a battle. Keep good ole James in your thoughts as he goes into the Cardinal Classic this weekend to try and get his card awarded to the overall winner.

You deserved every single bit of your success at the Naturalmania! I'm happy for you man. Congrats.

Thanks Rich. I really put my nose to the grindstone after the loss in Indiana. You knew it was going down when James and I geared up for round 3. The three of us have quite a rivalry going, dont we? I have nothing but good things to say about James. We were both very nervous throughout the day, but still sat by each other and chewed the fat before the night show. I know there will be a round 4 before too long. Thanks again, Rich. I look forward to competing with you in the near future as well. You Ohio boys are class acts!

Thank you to Charlie, Rich and everyone who organized and ran the event. It was only my second show but I've been going to Naturalmania for several years now and Charlie always does a great job. Congratulations to Mick (he looked amazing!). Now that I've taken down the Novice division, it's time to step into the Open class in 2010 and get a pro card! Hopefully Mike, my twin brother, gets there first! I'm looking to add a little mass before the first of the year and then I'm going to try and be ready around March/April 2010. Anyone who thinks this is easy is clearly insane!
