I lift at either the rec center at ASU, 24hr fitness on val vista/elliot, lifetime on gilbert/warner, or 24hr fitness on arizona/202.

I have changed the Venue for Lift for Hope www.lift4hope.org. Met with the city and they opened a better field for me to use thats right on a busy street and should gets lots of drive and walk by traffic

Had to go down to Phoenix for the JEA Convention (journalism) in April of this year. Awesome city IMO. I actually was going to go to ASU (got accepted actually), but I ultimately decided to stay closer to home. Maybe for Grad School?

LOL!!I feel you on that one bro! I work out at this small ass gym named fitness west on 67th and Indian School and its the same thing. I can honestly say that theres only about 3 other dudes apart from me that really take lifting seriously. Most people just think its a f*ing social club or somethin!!! Only reason IM there is its 19 a month no contract

Haven't been to the one in surprise but I do know that the one on 35th is the most "hardcore" of the fitness ones. Very bodybuilder friendly.

So I just found out that tue,wed,thu Im gonna work at a diff office location for my company way out on 45th place(Street) and bell road. Obviously im gonna have to change gyms because of the hour drive. Anybody know of any good gyms around that area???????? Any info would be appriciated thx!

Lift For Hope 2009 is tomorrow everyone. I have a LOT in store for you, an APF Deadlift meet, the Highlander State Championship, 3 maybe 4 live bands and a comedian, raffle prizes, give away, Massage for donations, food, , mascots giving gifts to the children, etc.
