Favorite Multi-Vitamin
Hey ladies- my trainer wants me to start on a multi-vitamin...I know GNC has a vitapak, but what are you suggestions? I have to be on fish oil and C as well, so I don't want to walk around with a huge pill box.

I take the GNC Energy Vitapaks & fish oil
I take other drink mix supplements as well and I thought it was an awful lot to be taking everyday, but I noticed how each one had a significant effect.
I wouldn't be worried about taking the vitapak, fish oil & C all together
The heart vitakpak has a multi & double strength fish oil in it

I've heard of supplementing a multivitamin with Flinstones. Does that help? Or do you just like the flavor?

I have really noticed a big difference since taking Opti Multi vitamin for women which you can buy on this website. I feel a lot better and my energy level seems to be a lot higher!

Flintstones! I loved those as a kid!!! But only the purple ones! Based upon your statement, you must not like swallowing pills (I take so many, I swallow 3-4 at a time otherwise it'll take too long!)
