My pics, + Battle with weight loss!
Hello, ive been posting on here for a few weeks now and figured id post some pics of myself for once, no 'no shirt' pics yet!
2-3 years ago when i was with my gf prob close to 300 pounds(my worst) damn girlfriends make you eat
Last year, right after i broke up with gf close to 280-285 pounds
this was in the beginning of summer at around 265 pounds or so, i stayed about 280 until i graduated in may and then got down to 265 or so before leaving for Korea this is right after i started working out hardcore for the first time in years
this was early august i was prob about 255 morning weight
that is my most recent pic(255)
i don't have anything more recent, i am prob around 243 or so morning weight now my scale today said 239 but its a little off its not a good scale
thanks for tuning in!

yeah the pics show gradual change, i just judge it based on my chest and face for pics that's where i see the changes the most in my pics since i don't take pics with my shirt off its hard to see the changes in my stomach, but i was at a 52+ inch waist and a size 44+ pants and now i am a 45 inch waist with a size 36-38 inch pants

Just keep at it man
I am one of the guys who would know how this feels personally. When I graduated HS I was right at 300. Just use all the haters who don't think you can do it to fuel you. You can do it, just make your self a commitment and don't sell yourself short!
Also be weary, having been heavy myself since I was a young kid I do have the "Big Guy Knee's" where they bend in slightly and your walk is a bit off. If you happen to have that be very weary of squats. Deadlifts should be fine for you and Leg Press like a monster but squats can really mess you up if your knees are bad from that (trust me, I just recovered from back surgery due to form being off because of messed up knees)

I can tell the difference, mainly in your face. Keep up the good work!
About 5 years ago, I was pushing 300 lbs at 6-1. I hated it. It was hard to even bend over and tie my shoes, my gut was so big.

Great work man, I have had a similar drop, I started out in June about 250.. I am now 215.
I see quite a few guys like your size at the gym and they are making progress as well, stuff like this is what motivated me to lose weight.
Best of luck.
