LOL, not quite Coleman, but I try! It is weird for me since I travel so much and am at so many different gyms on a weekly basis, but overall, I think I can make an impact at Nationals.
Last night at dinner, Stoppani told me to hold onto all of my size and just drop water for the show at my level of leanness. Others have said the same. If I can rock it at 197 or so with some sharp conditioning, who knows what can happen!?

Thanks Tif!
This morning, post Free Meal last night, I weighed in at 210. Thus, by week's end, I should be around 208 or so. Meaning I am one good water drop away from being stage-ready. My diet is currently at six meals per day with the following macronutrient split. Due to my INSANE schedule, I train sometimes first thing AM and do cardio after, sometimes I train first thing AM with cardio at night, I train at night with cardio in the AM, or I do it all at night. Basically, I just get it done no matter what my schedule is. My cardio is at 45 minutes low intensity, 5-7 days per week.
Meal 1
Scivation Solution 5
42p, 15f
Meal 2 PWO
Scivation Whey
2tbsp peanut butter
Broccoli or other green veggies (as much as I want or none at all)
80g dry oatmeal
56p, 15f, 60c
Meal 3
8oz chicken
2tbs peanut butter
veggies (as much as I want or none at all)
56p, 15f
Meal 4
Scivation Solution 5
veggies (as much as I want or none at all)
42p, 15f
Meal 5
8oz chicken
2tbsp peanut butter
veggies (as much as I want or none at all)
56p, 15f
Meal 6
Scivation Egg Pancake made with 2 cups egg whites, cinnamon, sucralose
2tbsp peanut butter
veggies (as much as I want or none at all)
50p, 15f

I have to agree with the good Doctor. Your fullness right now is outstanding and will be the key to your success at the big dance.

thought one of the scivation guys could answer this. my wife has celiac disease (severe gluten allergy/intolerance) but wants to try the chocolate whey. sometimes "natural and artificial flavorings" can spell disaster.
do you guys have any food allergen info on your product line?

I also agree as does Derek. I already have some glute cuts in and my legs and upper body are pretty much stage ready. With water drop and just tightening up, my upper back will come in nicely.
This is a different game now. Lean and shredded are important, but it is just as or even more important to be big, full and hard.
I will bring all that I can to that National stage and see how it turns out!

Yes Sir. They are probably some of the best investments that I have ever made and everyone should have them. They recommend them for kids starting at five years old and both of my kids will be wearing them as soon as they can.
I regret not having them sooner.

Great! That simplifies things. I just noticed it tasted sort of "malt-ey" and malt is usually derived from barley which is nowhere near gluten-free. I figured using actual malt wouldn't help its ~1g carb/serving.

We added carbs into Marc's plan after his last competition. We started with 60g post-workout and then added another 60g pre-workout. We would have added more, but Marc's progress was so good and he maintained near competition leanness so we decided he was going to do Nationals. When Marc started to cut all we did was add in 30 minutes of cardio a day and left his meals the same. Since then we dropped his pre-workout carbs (as well as a meal). So right now he is doing 6 meals a day with 60g of carbs post-workout.

I am following this diet as well, I am about 197 this morning, about 13% is my guess. Would you recommend I have Oatmeal after my workouts as well? Or stick to just the standard diet. I am trying to get in contest shape for a photo shoot.
Thanks.
