9-12-09 Biceps
bb curls: 50# x 10, 15, 15, 10

db hammer curls: 25# x 20, 15, 15, 15

reverse bb curls: 50# x 10, 10, 10, 10.

Strength is down and look forward to raising the stats without injuries.

Legs, Chest, Arms were hit last week. Busy work with the pup for one hour every day...And working a double shift today for some overtime cash.

Push ups

Winter time is more time to workout! Man have I been a slacker since I decided to get my pup. With Ms Kizzy filling the painful void in my heart it is not a regret but a blessing. I did take my dumbells to the doggy park while she gets her socialization time with other people and running with the pack.
Today I did push ups for 45 minutes. I only got 243 done...I look forward to posting my workouts and saying hi to all the friends here.

Weds and Thursday

Weds-
Took my dog to the park and a 25#db for some walking singles reps.

Alternating Bicep curl: 15, 10, 5x5

Overhead press: 5 (sore shoulders from push-ups)

Alternating shrugs: 20 reps x 5

No rest required for alternating just keep the slow contraction for 3 strides up and 2 down.

Then put the db away in the car and did a 2 mile jog/walk. Longest duration was 8 minutes before rest/walk. My goal is to increase jogging duration by one minute per outing.

Thurs-
Just some overhand pull ups at work: 5x5 , bw 195# dressed. 60 seconds rest
