So Ive been gone for a while. In my absence Ive been trying to get everything together with lifting and life. Everythings going great right now and Ive started back squatting and deadlifting regularly. Lifts are as follows:
Bench:225
Squat:225
Deadlift:315
Bodyweight:141

having trouble gaining weight because Im not being able to eat enough due to work and school.
