DC and SPBR are very simliar rep/set wise. Just how you go about doing them are different. Straight Sets Vs. Rest Pause sets. DC definately hits me harder, and i love it.

1lb brah.
Diet hasn't been heavy like it used to be before i moved, so i would guess around 185 still. My meals mostly consist of noodles/whey, so that's hard to add weight with. Aiming for 200+ next year, and it should come easily.

All of your lifts are really strong - we are the same age but you have a lot of mass and strength on me, I will catch up to you though someday. Keep up the good work. What gym gives you access to 4-5 other ones? Only ones in canada?

Thanks man!
I do belive Nubody's and Goodlife gyms, which are all owned by the same company, are only in eastern Canada.
I applied at Nubody's last night, i really hope i get a call about it. Will possibly go check the gym tomorrow and drop off a resume at the same time, and check if they got my application online.

Be best to be a good 200lb+ for that IMO, more intimidating.

Have also upped my protein into to 300g+ of protein a day. Lowered carbs.

It is, quite a bit. Other people on DC have used 2xg/bw and have seen great results. I might up my intake later on if i feel the need.

is that counting indirect sources like peanut butter, oats, etc? I eat like 330 grams a day with lower carbs and I've been making the biggest, leanest gains of my life, haha.
