be sure to post that link here...i have been very curious as to what Sub-Q can do as a fat burner. I have real good confidence in what Fusion can do after using a bottle of Agent-M!

I am really excited for it. I'm going to go the full 12 weeks recommended. I'm going to follow the diet in the book for sure, debating whether or not to follow the workout program or stick with what I'm doing. Getting ready to PM Chris, actually, and see what he thinks or would prefer.

Creatine for Cardio?

Everyone knows that creatine is simply awesome for building muscle, and that cardio is essential for good strong cardiovascular health and speedy recovery from brutal workouts. But have you ever wondered what the effect of creatine and cardio together would be? Scientists did, so they set out to find out.

Scientists divided subjects into two groups: a group taking creatine and a group taking a placebo. Neither the study participants nor the researchers themselves knew which group was actually getting dosed with creatine. Both groups did an intense cardio program for 11 weeks, with three cardio sessions per week, each lasting for 45 minutes. The scientists were testing to see the effects of creatine on cardiovascular health, as measured by plasma lipid profiles.

At the end of the study, researchers found that the plasma lipid profile did not change in any of the study participants. In other words, creatine supplementation did not have any benefit for cardiovascular exercise beyond the benefit of cardio alone.

So here?s your FUSION FACTOID: Creatine is great for building muscle, and some evidence suggests that it may even help you use oxygen better. But, the verdict is in: It doesn?t help you get extra health or performance benefits beyond the ones you would get from cardio alone. Stick to using creatine for what it does best: building muscle!

Training is going good! I am back in school in the hammer now, so I am not at the AC anymore But I am still droppin pounds.. at a normal rate now. Still going down 1-2 lbs a week.. with the occasional week where I stay at the same weight. but I am down to 235 lbs. Getting there I plan on doing another run of sub-q real soon. I took a few weeks break of the stims for now.

Hey guys, I'm about to run a bottle of Purple K and wanted to get some dosage suggestions. I know that the regular dosage instructions say take 1-2 capsules 30 min pre workout, but with my schedule (we go directly from practice to the weight room), I don't really have 30 minutes of time before I start lifting. And our practices run 3-4 hours so I'm skeptical about taking it before practice... Any suggestions?

I just finished Purple-K and started Shut-Eye last night. Slept like a baby, and woke up refreshed. I was a little hesitant at first because of the melatonin (bad sleep experiences in the past), but my first dose of Shut-Eye was rather pleasant. I'm looking forward to the next 29 nights of slumber.

just wanted to update. after finishing agent-m, the first week of DOMs were dramatically increased...near 10x fold.

agent-m definitely works and i will recommend it to anyone who wants simply the best!


so when is this new fusion product coming out?

i must say i am impressed by the entire fusion product lineup

shuteye is the best sleep aid i ever used
agent-m, cant say more than the above
zeus, literally had some of the best strength gains from such a product
fubar, economical and effective pre-workout complex
purple-k...i may need to give it another run again as i didnt really see any difference vs creatine mono

the only product i havent tried is sub-q

Sub-Q will make you melt.

It's awesome.

You see the difference fast enough because it fights against subcutaneous fat/water.

The most underrated fat burner IMO.
