I've been out of the gym for three months and I needed something to get me going again. So I choice too do a Transformation type thing. I'll be downing a clean bulk for as long as I can. Yesterday (Monday 9-14-09) I was back in the gym hitting it hard. This is me on my road to 2?0 Pounds (I'm keeping it a secret). NO JUICE, Just eating clean meals and hitting the gym. It's time to HULK up

All exercises will be done as supersets, typically using heavy weight/low reps for the first move and light weight/high reps for the second. The second and third supersets are done in reverse, with the light exercise coming first and the heavy one second. I hope this setup will allow me to build muscle and strength while dropping bodyfat.

After each muscle group worked, so on Monday's and Thursday's that will give me a total of 21 minutes.
