Mosley outburst on Mayweather..
Did anyone else think that what Mosley did was COMPLETELY out of character to how he normally acts? And the fact that Floyd actually started to react to what was going on in a negative way was amazing.. a Mosley-Mayweather fight would be x10 more competitive than a Pacquaio-Mayweather fight. Guess we get to see Mayweather destroy Pacquaio and then (if need be, financially) possibly a Mosley-Mayweather fight!

I think it was 100% for ratings/hype.

out of character my ass, mayweather dissed him, constantly talked **** about him and all the fighters in his weight class. Mayweather said everyone will get there turn, and Mosely comes in saying it would be a great fight to fight someone like mayweather with skill and speed, and mayweather attempts to find a cop out
Mayweather, as much as I was expecting a total domination of this fight, he just clearly proved he refused to fight anyone that would give him trouble

Mosley has NEVER done something like that before, so yes, it's "out of character". Whether or not it was merited is one thing, it just caught me off guard.

What Mosely did was smart. You can't just call Floyd out, you need to publicly antagonize him. Hatton did the same thing. Hatton was never going to get a fight with Floyd because of all the fights against Floyd that he turned down. But by saying that Floyd was boring (Im pretty sure Floyd was ringside as well), he was able to piss off floyd enough to get a fight signed.
Now Floyd has every right to tell Mosely to **** off, because of Mosely turning down at least two offers and wanting nothing to do with Floyd until recently. But maybe because of what just happened, he might be able to get a fight signed with Floyd. IMO Floyd beats Mosely in a pretty wide UD. Mosely does not have to footwork to get to Floyd and he struggles against a decent jab. Floyd will make Mosely look average.

While JMM did give Pac plenty of problems, I think Pac won both of those close fights. You can make a case for JMM in both fights (the second one in particular), but it isn't as cut and dry as you are suggesting.

Do you think Mosely is one of them? I don't see how Mosely will be able to give Floyd trouble. Also we are both well aware that, Cotto and Mosely have dodged Floyd first. So don't say Floyd won't fight them, when he was the one orginally trying to get those fights signed.

That's the fight I'd rather see anyways. Let Floyd fight a guy that's bigger, and almost as fast. There are two mega fights on the horizon with Mayweather vs PacMan or Mayweather vs Mosley.

Where do people get some of this stuff from? Mayweather was calling Mosley out back when Mosley was in his prime and he wanted nothing to do with Mayweather. But now since he beat Margarito and now looking for a big pay day Mayweather should accommodate him? Hilarious

Alot of it is just blind hate. Marc is quite knowledgeable in boxing, but when it comes to Mayweather, alot of the things he says are just plain wrong.
