my brothers lost 40lbs in the last few months, and gained strength in the process.


no one says you have to lose strength while dieting, its just harder to make gains.


i dont want to be lean, i never have, id like to be like 15% bf, thats about it.

I did 100 rep shrugs yesterday haha and I hope it will make my traps grow, sometimes high rep helps(calves) so IDK, whatever works for you. My bi's grow from 4 reps heavy ass weight. everyone is different

Why the hell can you people not understand that babyslayer clearly has different goals than you?

His lifts for his age are simply ridiculous, and OFC he's going to be carrying a little extra weight but who gives a sh*t? At the rate he's going, we could see another Andy Bolton, and that is no exaggeration.

I'm glad babyslayer is above getting offended by these dumb@ss comment, or else he would have cut a while ago without realizing his true potential..

We've all said we respect his lifts - even if he does use truckloads of gear, ****e form and more weight than he can REALLY handle < see vids on youtube < read comments too, hehe < and see his ugly faces he pulls, hehe - We just dont respect him as a person because he is a tool. Being the big man he is he couldnt give a **** what we think because his gut makes him happy. :roll:

We're all jealous of his lifts but we wouldnt trade in our bodies for his if we were offered the chance. Hes got the physique of a blue whale ffs.

And i'm not actually jealous of his lifts. For me and others who arent into powerlifting, lifts mean jack, they are simply a method of gauging progress in terms of building muscle. Like if you looked like Arnie and only deadlifted 100lb, would you really care?

this......he's 340lbs+ so his lifts aren't very impresive...babyslayer is doing what on that incline video, like his -20lbs less than his bodyweightfor 7-half reps? I can do my BW+20lbs for 6 FULL reps on incline...Also, how many pullups and pushups can you do babyslayer? I bet you'll break the fukin pullup bar...And the way he acts in his video is like a total tool especially with that fat neck and chin... I really wouldn't care but when he comes here thinking hes a god, in which he's far from it, then its hard not to call him a fatas.s, because he really is. And a side note to BS, there no way in hell you'll ever have a successful cut and 99.9% of the population looks better than you.

i dont do incline, but if i did you can bet your ass it would be stronger than seated shoulder press with a slight angle in the seat.

ever heard of the wilks formula? powerlifters knowing that people who hardly weight anything, will always lift more for their weight, made a formula to take weight into account.
that means that everyone whos anyone, knows that the lighter you are the more you can lift for your weight.

Im like 345 morning weight, in a couple weeks of training incline i could get up to 365x6 on incline. and yes, when someone who weighs like 150lbs more than you is as strong for their weight as you are, that means you suck.

i know a little girl who can do more pushups than me, she must be stronger, you know, because strength is all relative to weight.

when ever someone goes to pick up a heavy weight the weight takes their weight into account and makes its self lighter for them, right? lulz.

at 1:25 in branch warren does 315x20 partial shoulder press, bouncing the weight off his chest and using his legs.

Babyslayer you totally missed my point.
By saying 'lifts dont mean jack' i mean they dont mean much to someone who wants to gain muscle. Not that they literally dont relate to muscle gain.
E.g. If a guy had the physique he wanted, i.e. using Arnolds physique as an example. He wouldnt care what he lifts, because his GOAL was purely asthetic related, not the weight he lifts in the gym.
So, not like this would happen, but if a guy had a physqiue like Arnold but benched 10lb's, he wouldnt care because he looked jacked.

The point is, not many people CARE about how much you lift, because most here train to LOOK better, not LIFT better. They dont come here and think 'i dont care what i look like in a years time just as long as i can bench 250lb 3x8'. That would be stupid, and thats practically your mind set. You fail to look in the mirror and see how fat and disgusting you have become, all you see is 'hey im that dude who can deadlift the entire planet lulz'. And you use your NUMBERS for bragging rights lolcano.

nope never played, but i think id like to play college football, probably get some kind of scholorship.

but before i do that im gonna increase my stamina (jogging, walking, swimming) and put a few hundred lbs on my squat and deadlift. really just get stronger on everything.
