Awesome job man. How many calories do you take in on a bulk & on a cut?
Also, what's your routine look like? (if you feel like posting it )

urgh sorry pet peeve but WTF do you ppl this ?? do you think just because you mimic someone's routine that you are going to look like them?
anyway youi09 looking awesome, it looks like you've done a few magazine shoots and its obvious why, hope you can land a big magazine cover one day, your physique is ideal for it. If i was gonna be picky id say your arms need more mass especially compared to your upper torso, thats where compounds can let you down

Just to see what works for others. Curiosity maybe? It's not like I'm going to mimic his eating and training routine to expect his same results. I know training/dieting is unique to each person. You never know, you can potentially learn some things from others. Plus, I might want to switch up my routine sooner or later.
Now, ab routines, I can agree with you there. That's basically 80% (strong pull out of ass percentage by me) dieting.
(no hate, just answering your question )

Ehhh.. not much. Comparing a steroid to a pro-hormone is like comparing a Ferrari to a roller skate with one busted wheel.

Hey. yeah I agree with you, my arms have always been a lil slight weak point. i feel like its more genetics than anything else. They simply don't grow as well as the rest of my body does. I have grown in the same proportions throughout the years regardless of how I train really... thanks for the kind words.

I never count calories. Through years of training and eating well I've learned what quantities and amounts of protein and carbs I need to gain , maintain , or shredd bfat. If I had to make an estimate I'd say I take in anywhere from 3000-4000 calories when gaining, I am one to preach very high protein. like 2g x bodyweight. That type of protein has always given me better gains and less body fat. Partially because protein has a thermogenic effect.
on a cut I usually cycle carbs and run low and high cal days according to how I feel. its really a personalized thing. I always keep it clean.
I run a lot of supps when I get shredded for photos.
BCAAs
alcar
ala
ephedrine/caf
tyrosine
green tea extract
phosphatidyl serine
fish oil
whey
creatine

Guys, regarding the abs. I was always genetically gifted in this dept. They grew strong and solid from heavy compounds like deadlifts and squats. I don't have a particular ab routine, to be quite honest, I never work my abs. I do ab vacuums and focused extensively on these for years, and that is it. I have worked the abs in one point in time and they grew measurably very quickly so I stopped because they were getting too large. It's all genetics.
My core, like the serratus anterior and abs look solid from heavy compounds.

Nice transformation. I hope I can pass up 180 in a few years. If you are 5% then I wonder what I am right now.
