Which creatine is more effective?
Creatine Ester Ethyl Vs. Creatine Monohydrate vs Creatine AKG vs Creatine Gluconate. Cellmass has gotten me where I am today, and I'm proud of the results. I'm wondering if switching it up will benefit me. I'm thinking of trying SizeOn. Any suggestions?

CEE is inferior for sure. CreaMono has a plethora of published data while the others do not but that does not necessarily mean they are inferior though.

I understand that Mono is proven with tons of research, and CEE is basically theory. But my results from using CEE are real. I'm considering stacking a pure creatine mono product with cellmass and seeing what happens.

I like Hydrochloride form but because of cost, stick to Mono. It's the standard IMHO.

The CEE theory hasn't stood up under objective analysis. It been proven several times over in recent studies of being inferior, highly unstable and degradable. And this has even been know since the '50s.

Nice....
Creatine Monohydrate is the most potent. As far as getting it into the muscle...that is a different story. KA starts as a 99% pure KA and is bonded with a buffer (no...no sodium carbonate..sorry haters) to raise the PH. We still have creatine folks...nothing to see here...move along!
