Primobolan and Test Prop...
About me. Im 23 years old. 195 pounds. 6 feet tall. been working out for about 7 years now. I am a Personal Trainer. and i have about 15% body fat. 2 years ago almost exactly i did my very first trip to the dark side...ran Sustanon 300 m w f at about 600mg per week for 9 weeks with proper pct etc... I went from 177 at about 7% bf to 205 10% bf...i was by my standards a beast.
It is now time for my second trip to the dark side. This time I plan to do it very differently...thus the purpose of this post. I really dont want to get much heavier as I play hockey and tennis plus workout/body build. I already have everything I need so I guess its kinda hard for me to change my mind about some things haha. anyways I plan to run Primobolan for 8 weeks at 500mg per week via an eod injection...wooohooo! Also I have decided to throw in some test prop at 250mg per week for 8 weeks. I will be injecting both the primo and prop at the same time...same needle. 2.1ml baby. I might cry. ohh yah and of course proper mild pct etc.
I want to go from 195 15% bf to 200 7% bf. Honestly I do workout 5 days a week do the proper split etc. I am just not super blessed with the ability to look very cut easily. My diet is pretty good, def get enough protein carbs fat etc. Supplementation is right on as well. My plan is to workout and supplement and diet how i already do, and continue to use tennis and hockey as my sources of cardio.
Let me know what you think...

I think that goal is pretty much impossible, no matter what compounds you're using. The fact that you're using one of the weakest compounds available, in a fairly low dose, makes it that much more unlikely.

Pretty unlikely goal considering the gear you're taking. Thats around 25lbs of lean mass while losing fat too. Thats a pretty unlikely goal with stronger gear and a long cycle too.

damn
Well your right...the numbers don't lie. I honestly didn't punch them which is lazy and embarrassing on my part. Anyways, I am actually 16 days in...right now I am at 206...solid, 15% bf. 11 lbs of weight gain....mostly water i suppose. Strength and workout intensity has gone through the roof and I look bigger in the mirror etc. I must admit, even my optimistic self is a little surprised with my status at just over week 2. - Curve ball - i have decided to add clen and t3 and a weeee bit of nolvadex to my cycle. I will be starting all of it on day 20 (out of 56) Clen will be run like this 0,0,0,40,40,60,60,80,80,80,60,60,40,40, and T3 I will be running the exact same continuous cycle pattern and amount. Finally, as for the nolvadex I will simply take 10mg to 20mg a day for the remainder of the cycle then run it up for proper pct etc.

You're gonna look alot fuller the first couple weeks which is why you see yourself already being bigger. Keep in mind that this full body "pump" will go away when your done cycling. As for your pct make sure to use atleast clomid in it. Don't just use nolva.

check
yup got the clomid and nolva...so far this cycle is going well. I have made one decision though. I will never ever again do an eod injection schedule. I just simply cant do it...and if it weren't for the mentality of "finish it right" I would have bailed long ago haha.

so are you turning this into a cut now? I'd be careful with the t3 if I were you. I get the impression that you're just throwing in a bunch of random compounds and hoping for the best.
btw, what's with your bench to squat ratio?

ya. I have backed off of my T3 and clen ideas...even my nolva during cycle unless absolutely needed. My idea was to combine a cutting cycle I did (clen and t3) with this cycle to see what would happen....yes your right. Dont confuse me though with being careless. It is well thought out and I do think I know what I am doing...better than some people i know for sure. Long story short, I am once again going the simple route...just as it looks in my first post, just primo and prop. Today is exactly day 21. I am at 207 and 13%bf. Not to bad...workouts are great. And to answer your question about my bench to squat ratio. I dont go nearly as hard with squats as I do with bench...reason being is im weak like that haha. Right now my stats on the bench are 300 for 8 reps...squats I now just do sets of 275 for 10. I do multiple sets with that weight. I could go heavier and harder with squats but for the most part I just use hockey and tennis...maybe once a week plyometrics for legs.

Stop throwing in every exotic compound you've ever heard of and just cut your calories and do cardio.
And next time do a test and tren or something like that if you have such high goals for yourself.
You don't need clen and t3.
Let's organize things here.
You are 206, 15% bodyfat. Your goal is 205 @ 10% let's say. So you still need to gain some mass before you decide to turn this thing into a cut. Keep bulking until you hit 215, if you can get there. Then focus on loosing 10lbs of fat and you're right around your goal.
You should really let the clen and t3 be reserved for competitors and such. You need to be right on freakin point if you want to use that stuff right and get good results. I certainly wouldn't touch the stuff.
You need to get out of this mentality of the steroids doing it all for you. Start focusing on what you can do to change things. You went from 205 @ 10% to 195 @ 15% between cycles? It sounds like you need to focus on your diet.
Also where are you getting all these bodyfat readings? A caliper or...?

ya im using the standard 7 site measurement with calipers. sometimes just the 4 site measurement. and your right, i do tend to rely on the substances rather than the other stuff. Although my diet, training etc are really not that bad. For me...where my biggest mistake is in my focus and intensity. I do often catch myself working out just to workout. I need to keep my intensity up. Thanks for your advice guys...I am listening

I'd like to see that changed to "right on point".
Visit the nutrition section when you have time. Also look at some articles about nutrition on gear. It is a different ball game than when natty.

Currently at about 208lbs and 13% bodyfat. I am officially taking 10mg to 20mg of nolva per day now to reduce bloating and start to look a bit more cut. I have upped the tempo of the workouts and am not as worried about the numbers so much as the sweat etc. Its time to get ripppppped.

ok well cycle ends today. I am now 212 pounds at 13% bf. I am very happy with my results and how things have turned out. I need urgent help with pct though. I have all the clomid and nolva I could possibly need. Nolva im going to do the standard 40,40,20,20 but when do I start it? What about the clomid?
