Jack3d your stupid if you dont try this!!
USP Labs Jack3d!! Is the sh!t. I have tried just about every pre-work out there is look for the right one and I finally found it.
My wife read the bottle and was scared for me today when I tired it. I just had one level scoop on an empty stomach and within 20 mintues I could start to feel the tingle on the back of neck. The work out(chest & Tris) was great I did not feel fatigued and I was really focused during the workout more than usual. I also noticed I was able to pump out more reps than usual and could really feel the pump for a while after the workout.
Its about 4 hours since I took it and I can still feel the BA affect with some light tingle in my lips. I wasnt sure what to expect but it not give me a buzz but I am sure with two scoops it will.
I picked mine up for $23.99 online. PM me and I will give the web address.
Overall I should have bought this product allot sooner!!

The only reason you didn't drop the boulder on your foot is due to you using Jack3d. Admit it.

Jack3d be some good stuff. Was thinking of stacking it with Intrabolic and Green Mag (post). Should be a pretty slamming stack.

Jittery means you took too much. Major crash means you took too much or are sensitive to the 1,3 dimeth (as I am) or both.

I have no problem with ergopharms clearshot(which I like a lot) and that has 1,3 dimeth I believe. There is more than just 1,3 dimeth in jack3d so to say it is that, would be a guess. So if take 1 scoop I get nothing(no energy buzz) but two scoops, its jittery(just a example), Wwat would you say to that? I just don't like this prop blend as it does not agree with me.

Also with that said, the worst study Ive seen on AA had the outcome of "no benefits". The worst study I've seen on arginine had the outcome of "death to multiple participants" and this was without the idiotic addition of massive amounts of stimulants in the product, just pure arginine
Since you're so smart would you care to explain to everyone why taking exogenous arginine provides absolutely no benefit to endogenous arginine stores? Or would you rather explain how it jacks with the arginase enzyme to potentially unhealthy consequences, actually deadly in the John Hopkins study. Or do you not know? Maybe you could contact your little Indian friend who gives you all the product ideas, LOL

very well said.

"your stupid if you dont try this!!"
I think he meant, "You're stupid if you don't try this!"
For that matter is Jack3d misspelled? There's a number in there.
It could become jack <3 d and there'd be more text message love to go around!

I have a question. I'm not sure when I should take this supplement.
I wake up and don't like going to the gym on an empty stomach so I eat a cup of oats before leaving for the gym. Should I take jack3d before or after I consume the oatmeal? I took one scoop today after having the oats and I didn't feel much of an effect.

Edited for the sake that our industry is facing bigger problems than AA or Arginine. We should unite instead of fight.

It is one of the better pre-workout supps I have tried. However it only seems to have a noticeable effect for about a week or so. I usually use it for eight days and then eight without. It has worked thusfar.

If you take 1 scoop and get nothing, but 2 scoops makes you jittery then clearly you made too large an increase between dosages? 1.25 scoops, 1.5 scoops, 1.75 scoops... any amount between the 1 or 2 seems like a viable option to fix both problems.
I think almost everyone would find that at one low dosage of any product made they would get no effects and at a very high dosage they'd see negative side effects. This is even true of water.
You're right, it is a guess on my part that the 1,3 dimeth is what is causing the crash. I personally only crash from products that contain it. I've discussed it with many others who crash and who notice the same thing that it only comes from products with 1,3 dimeth in them. Obviously some people crash just from caffein alone... but as jack3d doesn't have any crazy amount of caffein that shouldn't be causing it unless other pre-workouts do as well. It's completely possible that the theophyline or the schiz A in there are causing I suppose... I don't really know much of anything about the Shiz A, but theophyline is a stimulant and perhaps this is what your body dislikes.
There really isn't much in Jack3d so if you're crashing from it or getting jittery it's pretty easy to nail down the specific supp causing it.
The vast majority of people don't crash from it though and for all those lucky people it's a good pre. Thankfully though there are a lot of alternatives out there so no one has to use a product they don't like

For me...Jack3d tasted like ****! The taste stayed in my mouth 20 min into my workout and made me blow chunks on a set of deep squats. But it did in fact work quite well in blocking fatigue and giving me a sick energy boost.

Yeah, I have used different amounts(1.5/1.75 scoops ect), just did not like Jack3D. Your right, its good to have options.

Odd, how much water did you use? I don't love the taste of jack3d but it's not too bad either. I've noticed the more water I add the better it tastes. Also tastes a lot better mixed with a little xtend or gatorade or even a 1/3 or 1/2 scoop of green mag. They kinda blend together and the sharpness of jack3d is offset.
I do know people who love the taste though *shrug*
Very few pre's actually have a good taste. M5 Extreme is the best I've ever tasted, Shock Therapy (blue raz) is quite good and I'll be putting up a review sometime soon on it, ragnarok blue raz was good too. But otherwise most taste from horrid to just above average (and I'd put jacked about average).

imo superpump 250 tastes a whole hell of alot better. (fruit punch flavor, not the orange). And im guessing the new WF will blow jack3d out of the water in taste and in effectiveness.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe CL is changing the ingredient profile of WF. As far as I know, it's simply a new flavor.
