hey bud welcome to the forums. hope you stay around! Im a 22 yr old 181er and we have similar lifts (though you are stronger def).
People are going to tell you to read the stickies, they will get you acclimated to how discussions usually go and just some tips so you dont get flamed. NO2 really doesnt do a whole lot for me or anyone on my team. For basic supps we stick with creating, protein, glutamine, joint support. whether you decide to use a PH is up to you.
I do have some Q's as theres only a few smaller dudes who are strong on this site.
- What kind of gear you use (single im guessing)
- training style
- how long youve been at it
- goals

Right now im using single ply titan squat suit...i stand kinda narrow. and i use an f6 shirt but my coach wants me to get a super kitana. so far my training style has been few weeks of 5x5 working up in weight followed by speed days for a few weeks along with moderately heavy days then about a lil over a month out from competition is when we begin to use gear (squat suits straps down) for a few weeks then peak with 92% then cycle down. Ive been training like a power lifter for almost a year now. my goals are to hopefully squat close to 700 by the end of the year...or at collegiate nationals and bench 400 and pull 600 raw at collegiate nationals. what are your goals as of now?

Hey, how did you get strong at a young age with just a year of powerlifting? Did you gain a lot of strength off doing a BB'ing routine, or are you working with a powerlifting team?

Fitnessman: thank you very much
I lifted as a junior in hs to get ready for wrestling every once in a while...senior year was more serious...then after wrestling i lifted at least 4-5 days a week....sometimes 7. id do lower body everyother day basically and upper body every other day because i didnt know as much about lifting now back then (over training) i never felt bad or fatigued so i just kept going. i never did deadlift so when i finally started last year i was at 375..now at 550. my legs were always pretty strong but i was used to doing girlie squats (barely parallel) at like 405x8 when i started powerlifting i couldnt do it once haha. now close to 650. Ive been pretty blessed regarding injuries...pulled my back in HS but that was last injury. I like my training...but id also like to try different styles also. I still dont know as much as id like to about lifting, nutrition, etc. My training partner knows alot...so i just say tell me what to do and ill do it basically. I used to always do sets of 8-10 when i lifted on my own...but now i train like a powerlifter. nothing more than 5 reps, speed days, etc.

Your training partner had a good knowledge base for being so young!

Dennis Cieri Broke my damn record!! I guess if your gonna loss to someone its ok if its one of the best that ever done it. He also has at least 10 years of experience on me. No excuses just truth. I WAS usapl raw american record holder for a brief moment until he broke it. Still hold the state in usapl and national record in 100% RAW federation in the 181 weight class weighed in at 178 . I should be at 502 (his record is 501) with a pause within 2 years or less with no crazy back arch. I did 424.25 in march at 188. I barely missed 445. I plan on getting at least that in October Lord willing and my shoulder gets to 100% by then.
IN gym Bench with no pause i have done 480 with no help. deadlifts I just started doing them about 2 months ago and im now at around 565. Squats at around 525.

You aren't going to test positive with NO-Xplode. The banned substance list is clearly outlined. Look at the ingredients of the supplement you want to take to see if it's on the banned list. It's not that hard.

i have the list, i have compared ingredients, i should have asked about how we always hear about an ingredient causing a false positive
i while ago i was asking about Jacked, and someone wrote back that a certain ingredient in it tested positive for a banned substance, i wish i could find the thread , but i cant

Hey fellas. None of the ingredients in jacked are banned. Go to the uspal website. It lays it all out for you.
