Nighttime supplement timing
I'm looking for some help here as I've never taken either of these supplements before. I plan to start taking casein protein and ZMA next week, and I know its suggested you take the ZMA 30-60 minutes before sleeping on an empty stomach, so should I be taking the casein protein shake immediately before going to sleep or should the ZMA be the last thing I take?
