Nice job getting down to 183. Only four more days to go.
I'm still working hard to get down to 250.
Time to rock this joint and show everyone what we can do.
Just keep the diet in line, that's my hardest part of this whole equation.

I made a deal with myself... that when I get down to 177, I am going to have ice cream... perhaps a couple of scoops in a waffle cone that is covered in chocolate... with sprinkles... it keeps me on track... cuz I can't wait to have it!

184.4 today... i cheated yesterday... and am suffering the consequences... but i am goin to move my goal to the 30th since it is impossible to drop 4 lbs in a few days...

I am unmotivated and have a complete lack of energy...
under 1000 cals for the day, just not hungry or energetic enough to get up and eat... serious, I feel like I hit a wall. Thanks to that awesome time of the month that is quickly approaching...

I had a cheat day because I was just sooo unenergetic... and so far the calorie reload has done some good... I am feeling WAY better... even though i ate a cheeseburger, fries, and like 1/2 a quart of ice cream...

Upper body work out
10 min cardio post work out

Protien shake (as soon as i can get in the kitchen)

6-8 oz of chicken
1 cup veggies
and i dunno about the rest of the day...

I am all about slow this time around, and I am trying to retrain my thinking that SLOW is ok... this way I can adjust for cheating and take an anti dictator approach to my weigh loss!
Feeling good today, but I am definitely stressed out about my work/school schedule along with taking care of the dog... I am having a really hard time. On top of that worrying about what time I hit the gym... means I have to wake up even earlier... even though I barely get home from school at 10 pm...
8:30 am
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with 1/2 tbsp of honey 
2 small strawberries
cardio day
10:00 am
Protien shake
(Post dog-run/walk)
12:00 noon

protien shake (this is where i start to want to eat the bad stuff!)

maybe a salad with some low cal dressing with some chicken...
try to keep it light at night.
As you can see, I am trying to keep the bulk of my cals in the earlier part of the day...

Binge Eater
I don't know about anyone else... but I am a binge eater and that is exactly what today was... I must have eaten 2500 cals... really... no lies. I am stressed out (due to my living situation) and there is nothing I can do to change it. Cooking my own meals is not an option always... Since I live with my family, I feel as though I am forced into their habits... I just feel like there will never be success and that I am just so overwhelmed by the task that I feel I can't do it... I mean today, I just feel miserable and fat and horridly ugly... I mean... it's just wrong that I feel like this so much of the time... and getting on a schedule is realllly hard... I just need help.
I did it once, and now it seems that I just can't do it.
I am thinking that if I start waking up at 6 am and go to the gym right when I wake up and just pump myself with protien during the day that the night will be easier not to eat the crap... but it's not the case... I have a food addiction...
