Question test boosting stack with estrogen support..? need help!

hey guise. shootin some ideas around, how does this sound?


95% 3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran 400mg x4 a day

Rhodiola 3% Total Rosavins 500mg x4 a day

Indole-3-Carbinol 200mg x4 a day

Formestane or 4-hydroxyandrostenedione 75mg x4 a day

7-Keto or 3-Acetyl-7-Oxo-dehydroepiandrosterone 100mg x2 or x3 a day, 3 on workout days?

Fenugreek or Trigonelia foenum-graecum 1g x3 a day

Acai 1g x3 a day

Raspberry ketone (RK) 100mg 3x a day

Tribulus terrestris Extract (Fruit) (min. 45% steroidal Saponins) 250mg x2 a day

ADAM multi 3 caps a day

ZMA 1-2 servings a day

Green Tea Extract 345mg catechins 3-4 a day

DO YOU think it would be a good idea to have fish oil/flaxseed/sesamin with most servings of supplements? Having like, 20g fats from them a day?

stims:

Sulbutiamine Powder 250-500mg pre workout
caffeine
1,3-dimethylamylamine 30mg pre/ 30mg intra
Yohimbine HCL

also:

creatine
AAKG
L-Leucine
acetyl-l-cartitine
l-taurine
MCT oil
glucosamine
whey
HMB
glycine
lysine
NO-XPLODE
vit-c
fish oil
CLA & flaxseed oil
sesamin oil

okay so i'll follow this through for maybe a month on, 1 weeks off then a month on again? then at least 8 weeks off?

or something like that.


think this will be an effective stack for freeing up some bound test and making some lean gains? diet is in check.

I was wondering if adding say 50mg of DHEA x4 daily, along with trans-reverestrol say 200mg x5 a day? would that along with Rhodiola, i3c and Formestane enough to control the estrogen related sides from DHEA or no?

Sounds to me like to much complication, if you truly want to hit a nice test stack naturally and really hit all those compound formulas, then i would suggest the following stack
Morning
T Bol (thermolife)
2 Soft Gel Aminos
2 Scoops Casein Protein
2 Tablespoons Enhanced Flax Peanut Butter
Mid Afternoon
T Bol
Plasma Jet (every other day)
2 Scoops Whey Protein
2 Tablespoons Enhanced Flax Peanut Butter
Pre Workout
Gaspari Superpump
Post (intra)
Gaspari Size ON
Post
2 Scoops Whey Protein
1 Scoop Waixymaize
Night
2 Scoops Casein Protein
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Honestly...looks like overkill to me. You have so many supplements listed that I doubt you know where the effects are coming from.

As for the test-related things, 3,4-D and some I3C is a good place to start.
