im losing weight

ive been losing weight ever since april ive lost a total of 10 pounds and i havent really changed my routine..i havent been sick at all and my diet hasnt really changed that much...what should i do? should i change my work out plan or increase more cals on my diet although im around 4000 cals a day...this sucks haha all that hard work seems to be going down the drain any suggestions would be appreciated

I recommend Cell Tech Hardcore. Two scoops in your water bottle and twice a day you should have gained about 10 pounds in two weeks. Might need a bit more protein as well.

hmmm same thing here or was, although I am way lighter than you,

i worked out from 155 to a good 147. then I kept losing weight even though
I maintained a regular diet and routine. I eventually stopped at 143,


lately I have been splurgin here and there and now I am at 146.
weird how that works? I dont get it and my body def looks the same.

good luck man, with your 4000k calorie diet I dont know how to help you out haha,
maybe your normal eating diet?

haha thanks man i have no clue its just discouraging watching the scale sometimes im going to try and superbulk to try and get back to my weight i was
