Critique bulking diet
Meal 1 ? 1 packet oatmeal/16oz ?% milk/5 eggs/cup brocolli
Meal 2 - Turkey on wheat/Mixed Nuts/1 Apples
Meal 3 - 1 cup oatmeal/can of tuna/cup of milk
Post - 90-100g Carbs oatmeal/5 grams creatine/50g Whey /gatorade
Meal 4 ? 1/2 cup oatmeal/can of tuna
Meal 5 - Chicken Breast or turkey burgers/2 apples/2 slices wheat/cup of green veggies
Meal 6 - 1 1/2 Cups Cottage Cheese/half cup Nuts/protein shake
Gallon and a half of water min.
Thanks everyone! Currently have a broken foot but should be out of my cast tommorow just want to get a good base down before i start lifting again!

Food choices look OK, I'm assuming that "gallon and a half" is for the whole day, not just in meal 6.
If you find yourself gaining weight at a reasonable rate (1lb/week max) you'll be fine. eat more or less not gaining or gaining too much.

great choices and looks solid, only thing I'd say is to add variety and just add more if you stop gaining. good luck

Food choices are okay, but you could use more food in there if you're serious about gaining weight. Adding a spoon full of peanut butter and a glass of milk somewhere in the day would help.

Kind of like mine atm but yours has abit more food in it, Try ripping in to some pasta somewhere in those meals if you get sick of oatmeal for abit. Also nice bodyspace pics man your looking fair big for a 170 pounder must be cause your 5'8
