backgroung info:
I trained consistently for 5 years back in my early twenties (got up to 210# and around 15% bodyfat) and then quit going to the gym 5 years ago when i got married, bought a house, and then my son was born. I just started going back a couple months ago to get a feel for things. I currently weigh 191# at 5'10". . my goal is to get back to 200# at a legitimate 10% bodyfat. Here is a photo I took yesterday. I have allways been 100% natural and want to stay on that path. BTW, I just posted a new 10 week workout log to keep me motivated. cheers all
