Good morning Cali! Working on trying to undo the damage from visiting my parents this past weekend. I came home with a 2 pound gain.
I didn't want to go to the gym yesterday but I forced myself to go. I know once you break the routine even one day, it's harder to get back on track. I stayed on my eating plan yesterday easily too. Here's to eating clean today!
I hate when that happens! You will get it back though...no problem! I have been forcing myself to run (doing a 5k on the 26th), but it feels sooo good afterwards

I think its awesome! It kind of tastes like the MV juice but not as thick and with carbonation.
Its 100% natural, has like 7-10 different fruits in it and reverse osmosis carbonated water.

Last years was at the OC Fair grounds...in Costa Mesa

it was hot and humid in Vegas, but that means more vamans at the pool "Rehab" haha. I guess the next day after i left it rained there.. and i wore monster drinks out when i was in high school lol..
