Most def. I need to be around 181 protein. I had a 1 extra scoop of PW that I shouldn't have had. I would have been on point. But it was right after my cardio and it should be okya. Right?

My screwed up on my protein by mistake. As my protein should have been around 181g. A scoop here can cost you. Yep I am trying to get down the BF. But my calories will be up soon as my cardio will increase in vol.

Pretty good my friend. I'm doing some tweaking on the diet to get things down. My weekends will be tighten up a bit since the holiday is past.

Corrective advice always welcome
All meals are in: Cal 2,608 Fat:192.2g Carb:32.9 (net carb 28g) Pro:175.0g
No iron lifting today. However I did burn 560 calories doing 60 Min. of cardio. My protein was down today, I am not happy about that.
But I think my numbers are pretty good. Corrective advice always welcome.

Want to drop BF% and weight to cut. Cardio was low, low impact heart rate was 120 bpm.

going alright mate, steadily dropping weight, around 1lb to 1.5lb per week.
Although i think i over ate on my last carb up and today(carb up day) im still just above my last weeks pre carb weight. According to the anabolic diet book it says you should return to your pre carb weight be wednesday.
anyway great work bro, keep going!

Yes I am told you will return by mid week. I'm learning as I go, trail and error but I'm nailing it down.
Eating too much on the carb up day is really easy. I found it is easier to plan out the meals and with that in mind you have your micronutrients lined up. I'm no pro but it worked when I'm discipline.
