Just got back from group ride and about 45mi, but just grabbed some cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt and cereal (All Bran w/ the yoghurt bites).
Am really starting to notice my water intake and greater needs for it w/ the creatine. I downed that **** like it was nothing on the ride, but then again, didn't really get a chance to refill after riding 20mi to the meetup, so ended up having to borrow some.

Big bowl of sludge you got there.
Come Christmas time, when grandparents and other family ask what I want, I think some of my stocking stuffers should include premium PB like PB Loco and some brands that don't have around here. But I'll try to make my own sunbutter this week sometime after I pick up a big bag of seeds.

I would recommend Chocolate Chip cookie dough, Cinnamon Raisin Sumatra, and Carmel Apple from PB Loco

Preciate it! But yup, I blend the banana first in a blender until all the chunks are out and it's liquidy (1 big banana will yield about 1/2C mashed banana).
To make just a regular omelette, just beat the eggs like you normally would and add in the banana and honey if you like. I use about 4 eggs/1 mashed banana.
To make the omelette fluffier, seperate the eggs, mix the mashed banana in w/ the yolks, whip the egg whites, and then fold it into the mixture.
I got the idea from some ppl using heavy cream or milk w/ their scrambled eggs and omelettes to create a better texture, but IMO bananas will always be better, so thought I'd give it a shot. And can't beat how Bob started adding PB to his omelettes and a PB&J omelette is the ****. Plus, it also yields that sweetness and good ole' potassium. Also, for that omelette, I just chopped a couple strawberries and added them to the mixture before cooking. And the good thing about this omelette is that you get plenty protein, fruit and carbs, and then fat from the filling if you use a nut butter........pretty balanced meal IMO.

I made some before. I used ~1 cup worth of sunflower seeds for blending (I bought them raw, roast them myself, than grind with a bit added splenda and salt).
I actually sprouted an additional 1/4th cup raw ones. That being soaked them for about ~10-12 hours, rinsed, blend with roasted ones. It turned out incredible.

pics from this past weekend
we have a place called haute chocolate right next to my cafe. got this chocolate bar and a thai coconut ice cream
egg queso (made with soy cheese) with a homemade guacamole/salsa
spiced chicken breast with a hommeade garlic and tomato risotto and steemed broccoli
My brothers b-day cake. before the oven (had this tonight)

after the oven

after me and the lil sis get done decorating it. she decided it needed a balloon at the top. lol. the icing is a peanut butter cream cheese icing.
i cooked up some steaks and had a coconut milk rice again. this time i added in some brown sugar and some chinese 5 spice. it = greatness. along with some steemed veggies tonight was a very filling night.

Be prepared for a dose of awesome knowledge!
I don't follow it 100% every time, but I do this frequently to my raw nuts/seeds/etc

how do you make a cookie 'dough' cake? wouldn't it bake by default?
I guess you could throw chunks in late before the cake sets but that would probably deflate the cake pretty bad.

O alright, hmm, I got Delicata Squash... and would you consider that a winter or a summer squash? And what's the real difference? PS I also bought some panko bread crumbs, gonna coat my cod in that
I also discovered peanut butter Puffins and cottage cheese! OMG! Best thing ever!
