first off, there are great options out there,
a stack for you would be either Xtend or Chaind out, skip teh amino pills, to expensive for the effectiveness, jsut use bcaa in those times
tribulus and estro blocker would be covered by things like Activate extreme!
ZMA is good but only if lookin for better sleep or if Zinc deficient, that is the only time it will boost test
my stack suggestion,
Chaind out 6 scoops per day 3 scoops pre/intra workout, and 3 spread between meals,
A good wehy casein blend for post workout and pre bed
Activate extreme for test boosting and Anti Aromatase
and energy and creatine needs should be covered by pre workout, shotgun and wtf pumpd both have a full dose of creatine in them!!!
