havent lifted in a while, football+lifting=worn out gobbles.

havent posted in a while, but have had some decent lifts, benched 225 for 9 last tuesday, squats worked up to 405X3 off a box, and deadlifted for the first time in 3 weeks, and first time heavy since football started which was 7 weeks ago and pulled 500X3, so when football is over and its 100% lifting again I expect to tear some **** up.

Hey ho, yeah, Lifting has been on halt, mainly because of football, and a fractured fibula and several small tears in my lateral meniscus has really messed up my lifting, but it was worth it, looks like i'm going to get a good scholarship and save a lot of money.
Starting tomorrow I am going back into lifting seriously, I dont feel the time off and even the injuries have greatly affected me, several days ago I did 300X3 for speed squats fairly easily, and pulled 475X3 fairly easily, so thats great news for me. Hopefully I will be able to blow past my old numbers soon, tomorrows deadlifts, so we'll see how the first intense workout goes.
