Good log and sorry this product did not work for you. The marketing behind Prime should be included in every marketing class in the country. To be able to sell a product that you can not explain how you chose the ingredients, you don't know how it is supposed to work, and you have zero credible data that the product actually does work at all, and still achieve the sales levels that USP has with this product is a testament to the gullibility of the average consumer and what can be done through creative advertising. Jacob should be awarded an honorary PHD in marketing, the guy is brilliant. I will not take that away from him, he can market a product better than anyone else. If I was ever to release a product I would pay Jacob to do the advertisements. I may go to hell, but I will be rich in the meantime.
Thanks for logging the product. Also though, regardless of Primes efficacy, you should have acheived better results through training and diet. I agree that maybe you need to look into full body training and increasing the frequency you are hitting bodyparts.

LB's suggestions are good...he told me to try triphase and I liked it....you could do Layne's program and include an FST7 set for each BG....
good log...i believe this was an honest log and furthers the confusion on the product...Yourname is seeing positive results and I know he is pretty honest with his logs....this is a 50/50 product in my estimation...to those who respond and those who don't. Keep training hard.

Wanted to say good job on the log. It may not have been the most thorough for some of the meats out there, but it was enough for the "average Joe" to make a good enough assessment on the product.
I know I said I would have added my two cents here and there, but I dropped off the Prime band wagon not too long after I got on.
It was ripping my stomach to shreds by dinner time just about every monday *the weekends I skipped pre-workout Prime dosing* so I figured it was time to move on.
I will continue to love AP, Powerfull, RC and Jacked. I'll just have to give Prime a flier.
I still have two co-workers running it now, so I'll let you know if any drastic results occur. But none on this end..
Take care.

There is a thin line between good marketing and lying, and he is far over that line. Their website has all the signs of classic scam techniques. No credible association would ever give him an honorary PhD nor should he be praised for marketing ability, in a regulated industry he would be done before he started.

If you feel like you need to hit each body part more often, then Prime may be working after all. For me, Prime drastically increased my recovery time and I felt like I didn't need to rest more than a day for any body part. Maybe you could provide us with some post cycle analysis? I know prime was working well for me at least, and it shouldn't be written off as just a bunch of hype so quickly.

Good log, man. I think you may have saved me some money. I have been researching the Asteroid Stack for the past couple of weeks, and I was very close to buying it tonight - when I came across your log. I read thru the full 10 pages and here were my notes. Some of these have already been made by other posters. I included them for completeness, but my intention is not to "pile on."
1. I 100% agree with you regarding MOA for Prime. This is one of the main reasons that I have not bought the product. I am hesitant to take something that is not understood - or at least claims to be understood......
2. If Prime was noted to be a test increaser, then I could see where you might not be the best subject since you are young and not going thru the phase of your life yet where you test starts to degrade significantly......I on the other hand am in my early 30's and according to studies, I am supposedly on my way to becoming a woman...... However, I have not seen in any marketing that Prime is not really useful for younger athletes, so I am not sure that this provides any good reason for why it didn't work for you. I would have expected the reps or the marketing to state that this is not a supplement if you are in your early 20's if it is just a test increaser. If it is just a test increaser, it doesn't seem like Prime would be a good choice for you, but might not be bad for me or other that are starting to see their test drop with age. (this point is complete conjecture and really just a rambling of thoughts and frustrations with the lack of an MOA.....see point 1.)
3. I was surprised that you didn't see much increase in your bench over the past month. At the beginning of your cycle, you had mentioned that you had not worked your chest for some time and that you were going to restart for this log. I have not lifted near as long as you, so I really can not say what I would expect after I had as long a track record as you, so take this comment for what it is worth (ie. almost nothing....)
4. Lastly, this log is great and I was happy to see the number of posts from your supporters. I am interested in reading any other logs that people can post for me highlighting good and honest reviews. I really just take Protein, Creatine, and a Multi, but if I saw some really good, intelligent feedback on a supp that worked, I could be coaxed into trying some other things.
Great job, Mike and thank you for your honesty. I wish it would have worked for you.

My experience with PRIME
Just wanted to add my two cents here. I've been impressed with USPLabs' ReCreate, and have given PRIME a try; working on my third bottle now. I can't claim any reaction to it, positive or negative. In fact, I stumbled onto this forum thread hoping to get some credibility for it. AFter reading through however, I'd have to say I'm going to stop it. Again, no negative reactions, but nothing I can trace to it either.

Didn't change any lifts or weight in a month? lol, it's not the supplements fault, brah.
