Lose fat to get abs, it's simple. Doing endless crunches won't get you any gains, you have to incorporate plenty of cardio mixed with HIIT (high intense interval training) where you go as fast as possible for 20 seconds and rest, then do it again until you can't do no more..as well as crunches. Photoshop abs...lol...I wish life was like that, but you gotta work hard for it..sweat and more sweat.
