This Is How It Will Be: A Training Journal Of Madame Espion
A place to let myself know this it indeed can be done.
Welcome, I plan on using this forum to chart my training, diet and various thoughts regarding this journey I am taking.
TRAINING: 5 days per week
CARDIO: 30-45 Min. Interval training (HIT) @
FOOD PLAN: Clean-chicken, fish, vegetables, PB, Oats,Grits, Sweet PoTo's, Egg Whites,Tuna- You know the usual!
SUPPLEMENTS: Whey, Creatine,Glutamine, Multi Vitamin, Fish Oil, Iron, B12, A, E, C
WATER: 130 oz. day
So this is what I have been living like for the past three weeks. Fabulous I know. It has taken me some time to realize that this is how it is going to have to be done. I have started to see real changes for the first time in a while. I always did train, but was not seeing results becuase of my diet. I have reformed the diet and now have a better outlook on what my possibilites are. So feel free to give me encouragement, advice, a swift kick when you see me slacking!
