Splenda and sugar free gum
Any of you figure/fitness competitors eliminate sugar free gum or splenda(sweeteners) from their contest prep diet? I just wondered if it effected anyone in a negative way. Thanks!

I cut them out a couple weeks before. Actually i'm not using Splenda at all this prep and I feel much better. I do use Stevia though

I use Stevia as well...much less bloating for me and cut all artificial sweeteners the last week...including gum.
