So, objectively, how did the steelers look last night? I was watching the Clemson game and couldn't pay much attention and as a Ravens concern, the Steelers are of personal interest.

Hey, classes are classes. I'm a few years older than you so I have the added in family and work obligations that make class scheduling a pain. Everyone has life going on, I have respect for anyone going to school and getting it done.

Not a Steeler fan.
O-Line looked below average, or maybe Titan's D-Line is just that good. That said, I have no idea how the heck Ben R. passed for 363 yards. I don't have the stats in front of me, but there weren't many incomplete passes. To me, and admittedly this is based on last year's Superbowl and one week of this season, he is now the kind of quarterback (something like Peyton Manning) that is going to make his team above-average every single year regardless of the state of the team around him.
I didn't think their defense looked as good as last year, but it was one week and Troy P. got injured for part of the game so can't really give an accurate assessment.

Both teams couldn't do anything for the first 28 minutes in the first half, and then 2 TD's in the last 2:14. Pitts defense looking very good. The Tenn PK sucked!

I dont particularly care for the steelers but you hit it right on the head. Ben will look mostly unimpressive for an entire game and then at the end you realize he has 300 yards and leads the team to a win. He basically had to have two game winning drives due to the ward fumble, and he executed well on both of them. Good game by both teams and I hope Polamalu's and Scaife's knees are alright.

Anyone have a suggestion for a supplement/supplements that would assist me in losing this last 10 lbs? I'm doing fasted cardio for 45min-1hr 4-5 days a week and lifting 3 days full body. Body is being stubborn.

what is your recent history with diet and supplements? you might just need to take a week to refeed, then hit it again.

I dont think doing cardio fasted will even be of assistance (some swear by it) but alan aragon has some good points here:

Whats your diet look like, i may be able to give you a hand or two, after im done with my workout i will check back.
I would introduce some HIIT cardio (in a non-fasted state) on non-workout days because of its role on fat burning (assuming you consume carbs and not in a keto state) id also approach the stubborn fat protocol by lyle mcdonald (split intervals)
