Thumbs up Triceps!

alright my dudes (and my dudetts), i understand that the major contributing factor to swollen arms is a bulked out tricep. i do over-hand tricep pushdowns as my main isolating tricep workout and i get stronger every week it seems like, but my tricep itself is staying pretty much the same size.. just today, i tried 150 lbs 6 reps with a struggle, but i did 2 or 3 sets after the build up to that weight. then i did under-hand tricep pull down a few sets and got to about 100 or 120 lbs, i dont remember. but im only 147 lbs. i find it odd that i can extend my forearm from my colar bone to my thighs while pushing a weight heavier than myself while only mantaining like 13 inch arms.. any advice? i wanna know what i need to do to fully hit each of the 3 heads on the tricep. i feel like thats my downfall. any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks brothas and sistas!

Eat more, do your presses heavy (barbell overhead and bench press), add weight to the bar. You aren't gonna get much bigger arms without increasing your body mass.

close grip barbell bench is the mass builder for triceps. do those. and bodyweight or weighted dips. dont waste too much time on isolation lifts until you've got some extra time left after the compound lifts. if you're hitting your chest and shoulders well enough though, triceps will fall into place. same goes for back and biceps.
