Pulled Chest? help!

So i was doing my chest workout about 3 days ago (DB bench, flies, DB incline bench, incline flies, pullover) and it was all fine, although i may have put my arms too far back during flies? well i was feeling normal until the morning after, i had stiffness and pain in my right pec upon waking and it hurts and limits my horizontal mobility when i move my right arm/shoulder back. it has been 4 days since and the discomfort is still present.

I am seeking help as to what i what is going on and what to do to recover (how long will it take?)?

Thanks

ive pulled mine at least 6 times it sucks hurts for at least a week or 2 if you have someone strech u like pull ur arm behind you and lift up it feels much better or use the fly machine helps a little yoga and lifting lighter will make it so you dont have the problem again

So i should just rest for about 1-2 weeks and do light strechs in the mean time? When will i be back to my full self because i can't wait to get back into the gym D: . Also, will my strength be lower and risk of same injury become higher aswell? :/

Thanks alot
