Triceps: Cable Pulldowns with rope, 11 x 99 lbs Delts: Side Lateral DB Raises, 10 x 35 lbs (PB2009)
Abs: Giant Set of Situps
Nutrition:
Lunch at Asian buffet: sushi, colelsaw, pork with green beans, chicken curry, wings, duck with bean sprouts, fried potatoes, vanilla pudding, lychees, baked banana in honey, diet coke.
Dinner: sandwiches, two large beers.
Rest of the Day: 50g whey protein shake, some EFA oil.

Chest: BB Bench, 6 x 176 lbs Delts: Seated Rear Lateral DB Raises, 13 x 57 lbs (PB2009) Calves: Standing Calve Raises, 6 x 396 lbs (PB2009)
Delts: Rotator Cuff Exercises
Abs: Rope Pulldown
Nutrition:
Lunch at Greek Restaurant: lentil soup with white bread, grilled hake filet, fried potatoes, mashed potatoes with olives, salad, diet coke, metaxa.
Rest of the Day: 100g whey protein shake, some EFA oil.
Notes:
Just a light workout. Lunch was great.

Liking the Diablo red PR stat's this week. Impressive DB side raises..that's one mofo weight when you are sitting down..I definitely have to lift my game..inspired by this!
Also, how's the calves today..396lbs is just insane!

Breakfast: cinnamon roll.
Dinner: prawn with lemon, potatoe wedges, hot wings, chili cheese nuggets, angry double whopper, sour creme, new york cheese cake, mudslide brownie, ice cream.
Notes:
Thought during the workout that it kind of sucked but found out later at home that I made 3 PBs. Nice Dinner.

Dinner: tomatoe mozarella salad, fries, two big macs, two mc flurries.
Rest of the Day: 100g whey protein shake, some EFA oil.
Notes:
Just a short workout, didn't have a lot of time.
