what exercises do you do when doing HIIT?

i think you're diet's pretty good for fat loss, might wanna watch the cheese/mayo cause they sometimes have a lot of cholesterol in them, decreasing the amount of rice can also help if loosing weight is your goal
a lot of people i know also recommend eating 5 or 6 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones, they said your body stores less fat this way
as for strength/mass improvement, you're gonna need to get a lot more protien in your diet. i don't think chicken breast + 2 pcs of egg for the whole day would be enough for this. add more meat/fish in your diet and some whey sups and you should be fine
not tryin to be bossy, but just an advice, i don't think "i want my abs to show" goals are really worth going for
i think people with nice abs but lacks muscle everywhere else kinda looks weird, i'd rather have nice upper body and a bit of stomach flabs than havin a nice 6 pack and a flat chest
also, giving way too much priority to your abs will use up energy that you could have instead used for your chest or sumthin
i'd suggest focusing on the big lifts, then working on your abs on the side

for cuttin yeah i think eliminating sweets might be helpful
as for the milk, it depends on the kind of milk you drink. regular fresh milk has a lot of fats so most people avoid this when cutting. but there's also low fat milks like skim milk or soy milk or sumthin which can be a good substitute (altough they don't really taste that good).

You need to eat 1g of protein per lbs of body weight. so for you, it's 147g of protein. Nuts (peanuts, almonds, cashew...), beans (monggo, pork and beans, garbanzos...) and peas, even though they are not considered complete proteins, are all good sources of protein. Just combine them with other foods to get a complete protein. Here's a few examples:
Grains plus legumes. Try black beans and rice.
Nuts and seeds plus legumes. Lentil soup with a serving of almonds on the side.
Corn plus legumes. Try pinto beans in a corn tortilla.
Whole grain pasta tossed with peas, almonds, and your favorite sauce.
Whole wheat toast with peanut butter will give you a complete protein.
Bean soup with whole grain crackers.
Corn tortillas with refried beans and rice.
Go to the nutrition section of this forum and check out the stickies for a complete nutrition guide. good luck.

You mean, tabata?
I did burpees for 40 seconds and 40 sec rest for 4 minutes. That was only it.
My HIIT now is running on treadmill
First 5 min: Alternating 9kph/6kph every minute
Next 5 min: Alternating 10Kph/5kph every minutes
Next 10min: Alternating 13-14kph@30sec / 5kph@60sec.
Last 5min: Cool down - 5kph - 3.5kph.

In general, kapag mataas ang body fat percentage mo, talagang matatakluban yung abs mo. I read that in order for the abs to really pop, you have to have a bf of around 10 or 11%. That's tough, di ba?
Fruits na mataas sa protein? I doubt if there's any. But I'm sure you can get other sources of protein such as peanuts or even tofu. Fish is a good source of protein, but meat is also protein. Wala namang nagbabawal sa yo kumain ng meat, in fact, it can do you good naman. You just have to eat the lean meat and less of the fat (if you can remove it, that's great).
Cheapest whey protein naman. Well, that's a relative question. It depends where you buy it (from a supplier, reseller, or from a distributor, or sa mall). Question really is, what brand will give you the best return for your money. I would say it'll be ON 100% Gold standard. It's very popular and I suppose it's well worth your money. That's what I take. Try mo to drop by Cash and Carry, madami dun. If tatamad ka, you can contact some who sell and ship it to you.
I'm sure our other brothers can give you more tips/advice. Good luck!

fruits with high protein, di ako msyadong sure
pero kung gusto mo ng medyo cheap na protein-rich foods (cheap d2 sa US di ko sure sa pnas), peanut butter usually has a lot of protein in it. nung ngbulk ako peanut butter + oatmeal ung madalas ko kinakain
milk and eggs mataas din s protein
hindi nman din kelangan laging fish, chicken/pork/beef madami din protein medyo mataas nga lng ung fats minsan

guys i need some advice
i'm tryin to cut and i wanna start eating 5 to 6 small meals per day, rather than the traditional 3 big meals breakfast/lunch/dinner
but my problem is, with my school/work schedule and my tight budget, i'm kinda havin some trouble thinking about what to eat
when i have school, the only break time i get is during lunch so i'm gonna have to get some foods i can eat while walking from class to class or while waitin for the class to begin (kinda feels awkward to eat while the teacher is givin a lecture)
protein/granola bars are great for this but they're also pretty expensive i think. cookies might be cheaper but the sugar/fats/cals on them might not be a good thing.
you guys have some suggestions?
thanks

Shoots Pare' you have a hectic schedule. This will translate into you having a hard time dieting. My suggestion is, since you have a full plate of things to do, eat alot of protein foods for curbing appetite and something like a carb entree' ( kamote, o 1 cup of rice ) for energy. And, at least once a week cheat and treat your body to a food binge para di madali mapagod......

I used to prepare sandwiches during my undergrad years to serve as emergency measures when I didn't have enough time to order and sit down for a meal. Since I only had 10 minutes for the next class, the sandwiches were perfect. Try making tuna and/or chicken breast sandwiches on whole wheat bread. You may also opt to drink a meal replacement powder, or a protein blend such as NitroCore 24 so that your amino acid levels will remain relatively high until you're finally free to eat.
