Bro you dont have to defend yourself on your achievements. there will always be haters and nay Sayers out there. Im sure most of the people in this forum who are actually into the sport of bodybuilding can attest to what hard work and dedication can yield in terms of physique changing results.

yeah once i stopped drinking a 12 pack, eating half a pizza, and then passing out everynight the lbs started coming off and that motivated me to get in the gym and take it to the next level, now im gonna try to shoot for 180 and try to stay in the 11-12 % BF range (currently 10%) hopefully ill be able to post some pics in the "from skinny to mass" section after a couple months lol

BB.com has helped me from a flabby 170lb to now a tigher 187lb. I was out of the fitness scene for over 5 year due to work and travels. I took a hard look at myself earlier this year and commited to getting back into shape. I learned how to diet properly on here and the pics have been very inspirational. If I can do it, I know others can too.
I'm looking forward to maybe step out of my comfort zone one day can get my ass on stage for the hell of it (long shot) In the meantime, I'm going give it everything it takes sustain my health and fitness. I feel 100% better and getting notice these days. Thank you BB
